Koral Company sells decorative objects.
All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible. Minor deviations in color, size, or appearance may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

4. Prices

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
Koral Company reserves the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Orders and Payment

Orders are only final once payment has been successfully completed.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout via Shopify’s payment system.
Koral Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within a reasonable timeframe after payment confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier.
Koral Company is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other third parties.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

Conditions for returns:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Once the return is received and approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized or personalized items
Products that are damaged due to improper handling by the customer

Indirect or consequential damages
